Today I have made lasagna from scratch. It currently resides in my oven baking to finished lasagna goodness. Annnnnd I only managed to forget 2 ingredients! :) The cottage cheese and the onions.

For anyone who knows me, I don't bake and I don't make elaborate dishes like lasagna.

Remember this day.


EDIT:
And because this is technically a writing journal (and shame on me for forgetting that) I have also accomplished much writerly goodness as well. I can haz a word count! My assignment is mostly done (rough version) and I have explored much to do with my characters.
